Soon after having three kids in 4 years, I didn’t recognize myself. 

It all started a few years back while I was out to dinner with a girlfriend and saw two frumpy, old women staring at us from an adjacent table. When I asked my friend if she noticed the nosey hags, her response was “Dear God, Sinead, that’s a f&%king mirror!” My heart dropped. 

I felt overwhelmed, fat, fatigued and frazzled. 

I had lost ME in being MOM.
 
But with that jolt of reality, my head cleared through the fog and I realised - I had to pull up my big girl spanx and turn this ship around.

Having had a previous fascination with yoga, wellness and meditation, I put my head down and started transforming myself from victim to vixen. My first steps into changing my health was a 6 Week Sugar Cleanse much like this one.

Once I started understanding the food I was eating, knowing where the hidden sugars were allowed me to make clear and honest choices for not just myself but also my family. The knowledge gave me power.

Q: WILL I BE HUNGRY ALL THE TIME?
A: Soooooo hungry. Only Joking - Not at all! There are so many delicious recipes for you to choose from as well as plenty of snack ideas.
Every meal is delicious and created by a fabulous chef to nourish your body from the inside out. This program is not about starvation or deprivation, and we are not counting calories or dwelling on carbs.
You will feel satisfied with every bite. If you do get hungry, there are extra snack recipes included!

Q: ARE THERE ANY DANGERS OF REMOVING SUGAR FROM THE DIET?
A: Sugar is not a nutritional requirement and in fact it robs the body of nutrients. There are no known dangers caused by not consuming sugar, hint: it’s how humans lived for thousands of years!

Q: WILL I GET BORED EATING SUGAR FREE FOODS?
A: No way! While there are some juices and smoothies for you to choose from, you will also be eating salads, soups, and even desserts that are delicious and nutritious and will help you eliminate your sugar addiction with ease.
Q: I ALREADY EAT SUPER CLEAN; CAN I STILL BENEFIT FROM THIS?
A: Many people who eat very clean still eat a lot of sugar. I hate to break it to you but natural organic sugar is still sugar, and you can still be addicted to it. Changing up the foods we eat gives our digestion time to rest and reset, which can be helpful for anyone regardless of their current eating habits.
